CLA conjugated linoleic acid
Clinically conjugated linoleic acid is from a family of isomers of linoliec acid. It is found in meat and dairy products. Kangaroo meat has highest concentration of CLA. Chickens are fed CLA to get acid rich eggs that can be used as health supplement. Some varieties of mushrooms also have CLA. They are non-animal sources of this acid. But the best source of CLA is a health supplement that contains acid in undiluted form.
CLA is decreases stubborn belly, buttock and thigh fat faster than diet and exercises. The acid increases body metabolism and in this way turns body into a fat burning machine. With increased metabolism, body keeps burning fat even when the person isn’t doing anything. But the greatest advantage of CLA is that it boosts muscle power.
